Frozen Watermelon Margaritas (For 25 Guests)

  • Serving size per guest: ~6 oz

  • Total yield: ~150 oz (just under 1.2 gallons)


Ingredients:

  • Fresh Watermelon (cubed, seedless) – ~12 cups (yields ~6 cups purée)

  • Tequila (Blanco/Silver) – 3½ cups (28 oz)

  • Triple Sec or Cointreau – 1¾ cups (14 oz)

  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1¾ cups (14 oz, from ~10–12 limes)

  • Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar – 1–1½ cups (adjust to sweetness of watermelon)

  • Ice – 12–14 cups (blended in batches)

  • Optional Garnish – Watermelon wedges, lime wheels, Tajín or salted rims, mint sprigs


Pro Tip: Freeze watermelon chunks beforehand for an icier texture with maximum flavor and minimal dilution.
