Golden Prosperity Margarita

Ingredients

• 2 oz reposado tequila

• 1 oz fresh mandarin juice

• .5 oz lime juice

• .5 oz agave syrup

• .25 oz ginger liqueur

• Gold sugar rim

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

3. Garnish with a mandarin slice and edible gold dust.

Ingredients

• 47 oz tequila (≈ 5.9 cups)

• 23 oz mandarin juice (≈ 2.9 cups)

• 12 oz fresh lime juice (≈ 1.5 cups)

• 12 oz agave (≈ 1.5 cups)

• 6 oz ginger liqueur (≈ .75 cups)

• 25 oz filtered water (≈ 3.1 cups)

Batching Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except water in a sanitized Cambro or gallon container.

2. Stir thoroughly.

3. Add pre-measured water.

4. Chill for at least 4 hours.

5. Serve over fresh ice.

6. Garnish with a mandarin slice and a gold sugar rim.
