Mandarin & Lychee Fortune Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka

• 1 oz lychee juice

• .5 oz mandarin juice

• .5 oz simple syrup

• Dash orange bitters

Directions

1. Shake well with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

3. Garnish with a lychee on a pick.

• 50 oz vodka (≈ 6.5 cups)

• 25 oz lychee juice (≈ 3.1 cups)

• 12 oz mandarin juice (≈ 1.5 cups)

• 6 oz simple syrup (≈ .75 cups)

• 1 oz orange bitters (≈ 25 dashes)

• 19 oz filtered water (≈ 2.4 cups)

Batching Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a sanitized container.

2. Stir thoroughly.

3. Add water.

4. Chill 4+ hours.

5. Serve 5 oz per guest.

6. Garnish with skewered lychee + mandarin twist.
