Red Lantern Spritz

Symbolism: Red = luck & joy

Flavor Profile: Light, fruity, celebratory

Light enough for long celebrations. Festive enough for photos.

Ingredients

• 1 oz pomegranate liqueur

• 1 oz vodka

• .5 oz blood orange juice

• Prosecco to top

• Splash of soda

Directions

1. Build in a wine glass over ice.

2. Stir gently.

3. Garnish with pomegranate arils and a twist of orange peel.

Batched Recipe (Up to 25 Servings)

Includes dilution

Ingredients

• 25 oz vodka (≈ 3.1 cups)

• 25 oz pomegranate liqueur (≈ 3.1 cups)

• 12 oz blood orange juice (≈ 1.5 cups)

• 9 oz filtered water (≈ 1.1 cups)

Batching Instructions

1. Combine vodka, pomegranate liqueur, and blood orange juice.

2. Add water.

3. Chill thoroughly.

4. During service:

   • Add 3 oz base

   • Top with 2 oz prosecco

   • Light stir

5. Garnish with orange peel + pomegranate seeds.

Note: We’ll batch the still portion and add prosecco during service. Do NOT pre-batch prosecco unless kegged.
