Dill Cucumber Gin Fizz

Add a little sparkle to your holiday season with a Cranberry Moscow Mule!






Refreshing and unexpected, this gin-based cocktail balances the crispness of cucumber with the tang of lime and the herbal touch of dill. Topped with soda water for a bubbly finish, it’s a unique addition to your holiday bar menu.


Dill Cucumber Gin Fizz

  • 2 oz gin

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • Three cucumber slices

  • Fresh dill sprig (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker with lime juice and simple syrup.

  • Add gin and ice, then shake well.

  • Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water.

  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.


Serving Tips 

  • Use a tall glass filled with ice for a crisp, refreshing look.

  • Garnish with thin cucumber ribbons or slices and a sprig of fresh dill.

  • For extra flair, rim the glass with a mixture of salt and finely chopped dill.
