Refreshing, herbaceous, and oh-so-sippable — this Garden Basil Lemonade is a sunshine-in-a-glass kind of mocktail. Made with tart lemon juice, floral honey, and fresh muddled basil, it’s a beautiful balance of sweet and tangy. Finished with sparkling water and served over ice, it’s perfect for wellness events, baby showers, picnics, or just a summer afternoon that needs a little extra sparkle.


Garden Basil Lemonade (Mocktail for 25 Guests)

  • Serving size per guest: ~6 oz

  • Total yield: ~150 oz (just under 1.2 gallons)


Batched Ingredients:

  • Fresh Lemon Juice – 2½ to 3 cups (from ~15–18 lemons)

  • Honey Syrup – 2 to 2½ cups (equal parts honey and hot water, cooled)

  • Fresh Basil Leaves – 1 to 1½ cups (muddled + extra for garnish)

  • Cold Water – 6 cups

  • Sparkling Water (or Club Soda) – 4 cups (added just before serving for bubbles)

  • Ice – For serving


Garnish Ideas:

Lemon wheels, basil sprigs, edible flowers, or cucumber ribbons for extra flair
