Peach White Wine Sangria

Sweet, fruity, and effortlessly elegant — this Peach White Wine Sangria is sunshine in a glass. Made with crisp white wine, juicy ripe peaches, a splash of peach schnapps, and a kiss of citrus, it's the perfect batched cocktail for summer entertaining. Finished with sparkling water and fresh herbs, this crowd-pleasing sip is light, refreshing, and ideal for weddings, brunches, backyard parties, and everything in between.


Peach White Wine Sangria (For 25 Guests)

  • Serving size per guest: ~6 oz

  • Total yield: ~150 oz (just under 1.2 gallons)


Batched Ingredients:

  • White Wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc) – 3 bottles (750 ml each = ~90 oz)

  • Peach Schnapps or Brandy – 1½ cups (12 oz)

  • Peach Juice or Nectar – 3 cups (24 oz)

  • Club Soda or Sparkling Water – 2 cups (add just before serving for fizz)

  • Fresh Peaches (sliced) – 4–5 ripe peaches

  • Lemon Slices – 2 lemons, thinly sliced

  • Fresh Mint – 1 bunch, gently bruised for aroma

  • Ice – As needed (for serving)


Optional Add-ins: Strawberries, raspberries, apricots, or orange slices for extra summer flair!
