A bold and aromatic take on a classic, the Rosemary Negroni blends the bitter-sweet flavors of Campari and sweet vermouth with the herbal touch of gin and fresh rosemary. The orange peel garnish adds a festive citrus finish, making it a favorite for winter gatherings.


Rosemary Negroni

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • Fresh rosemary sprig and orange peel (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.

  • Stir well and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange peel twist.
