Cool, crisp, and full of garden-fresh flavor — this non-alcoholic Watermelon Mojito is the perfect hydrating mocktail for summer. Blended watermelon gives it a juicy base, balanced with minty lime brightness and a touch of honey or syrup. Light, bubbly, and ridiculously refreshing, this vibrant mocktail is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for all ages at BBQs, wellness retreats, garden parties, or sunny brunches.


Virgin Watermelon Mojito (Mocktail for 25 Guests)

  • Serving size per guest: ~6 oz

  • Total yield: ~150 oz (just under 1.2 gallons)


Batched Ingredients:

  • Seedless Watermelon (cubed) – ~10–12 cups (yields ~6 cups purée)

  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1½ to 2 cups (from ~12 limes)

  • Mint Leaves – 1 to 1½ cups, muddled + extra for garnish

  • Simple Syrup or Honey Syrup – 1½ to 2 cups (adjust to taste)

  • Sparkling Water or Club Soda – 4 cups (added just before serving for fizz)

  • Ice – For serving
