The Bronx has basked in more than a century of popularity and was created in New York at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. This cocktail is the perfect spin on a classic gin martini with an orange compliment. However, don’t be fooled, it’s wildly popular for a reason. The orange juice and sweet vermouth nip the bitterness in the bud and give way to a pleasantly fruity cocktail. If you are looking to explore new cocktails give this one a try. It's packed with vitamin C and a great introduction into the gin cocktail world of delights!
Chilled martini/coupe glass
1 oz of gin
1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz Sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Orange juice
Shake/stir and strain
Garnish with an orange twist
Fill a martini glass with ice to chill.
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice.
Shake all ingredients until the tin is chilled.
Dump out ice from the chilled martini glass.
Strain all ingredients into your glass.
Garnish with fresh or dehydrated fruit.
