A Sweet-Heat Nightcap

Add a little sparkle to your holiday season with a Cranberry Moscow Mule!

This nightcap balances sweetness with a touch of heat, creating gentle tension that lingers. It’s the final chapter — smooth, warming, and just a little unexpected.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz tequila reposado or añejo

  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)

  • 0.25 oz chili-infused liqueur or syrup

  • Tajín or chili-salt rim (optional)


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled and balanced.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or dried chili.


Batched Recipe (Up to 25 Servings)

Includes ~20% dilution for easy pour service


Ingredients

  • 37.5 oz tequila (≈ 4.7 cups)

  • 18.75 oz fresh lime juice (≈ 2.3 cups)

  • 12.5 oz honey syrup (≈ 1.6 cups)

  • 6.25 oz chili-infused liqueur or syrup (≈ ¾ cup)

  • 15 oz filtered water (≈ 1.9 cups)


Batching Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealed container.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Chill before service.

  4. Serve over ice; garnish individually for impact.
