Not every winter cocktail needs to be boozy. This low-proof option delivers warmth, aroma, and comfort without heaviness — perfect for wellness-minded guests.


Ingredients

  • 5 oz herbal or spiced tea (chamomile, rooibos, or ginger)

  • 1 oz honey syrup

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon or orange juice

  • 0.5 oz non-alcoholic botanical spirit or spiced syrup


Directions

  1. Add honey syrup and citrus juice to a mug.

  2. Pour in hot tea and stir gently.

  3. Add a non-alcoholic botanical element.

  4. Garnish with citrus peel or fresh herb.


Batched Recipe (Up to 25 Servings)

Includes dilution from hot tea


Ingredients

  • 125 oz hot brewed herbal or spiced tea (≈ 15.6 cups)

  • 25 oz honey syrup (≈ 3.1 cups)

  • 12.5 oz fresh citrus juice (≈ 1.6 cups)

  • 12.5 oz non-alcoholic botanical spirit or spiced syrup (≈ 1.6 cups)


Batching Instructions

  1. Brew tea and keep warm in a thermal container or slow cooker (low).

  2. Stir in honey syrup and citrus juice until fully blended.

  3. Add a botanical element just before service.

  4. Serve warm and garnish individually.
