Ingredients
5 oz herbal or spiced tea (chamomile, rooibos, or ginger)
1 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon or orange juice
0.5 oz non-alcoholic botanical spirit or spiced syrup
Directions
Add honey syrup and citrus juice to a mug.
Pour in hot tea and stir gently.
Add a non-alcoholic botanical element.
Garnish with citrus peel or fresh herb.

125 oz hot brewed herbal or spiced tea (≈ 15.6 cups)
25 oz honey syrup (≈ 3.1 cups)

Batching Instructions
Brew tea and keep warm in a thermal container or slow cooker (low).
