This cocktail bridges ancestral herbal knowledge with modern wellness-forward mixology. Light, aromatic, and balanced — it’s proof that depth doesn’t have to be heavy.


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz botanical gin or vodka

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz honey-herb syrup*

  • 0.25 oz herbal liqueur (or tea-based infusion)


*Honey-herb syrup: honey infused with herbs such as thyme, rosemary, or lemon balm.


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until bright and chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

  4. Garnish with a fresh herb sprig or lemon twist.


Batched Recipe (Up to 25 Servings)

Includes ~20% dilution for easy pour service


Ingredients

  • 37.5 oz gin or vodka (≈ 4.7 cups)

  • 12.5 oz fresh lemon juice (≈ 1.6 cups)

  • 12.5 oz honey-herb syrup (≈ 1.6 cups)

  • 6.25 oz herbal liqueur or infusion (≈ ¾ cup)

  • 15 oz filtered water (≈ 1.9 cups)


Batching Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealed container.

  2. Stir gently until fully blended.

  3. Chill well before serving.

  4. Serve up or over ice; garnish fresh for each pour.
