This cocktail bridges ancestral herbal knowledge with modern wellness-forward mixology. Light, aromatic, and balanced — it’s proof that depth doesn’t have to be heavy.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz botanical gin or vodka
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey-herb syrup*
0.25 oz herbal liqueur (or tea-based infusion)
*Honey-herb syrup: honey infused with herbs such as thyme, rosemary, or lemon balm.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until bright and chilled.
Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a fresh herb sprig or lemon twist.

Includes ~20% dilution for easy pour service

37.5 oz gin or vodka (≈ 4.7 cups)
12.5 oz fresh lemon juice (≈ 1.6 cups)
12.5 oz honey-herb syrup (≈ 1.6 cups)
6.25 oz herbal liqueur or infusion (≈ ¾ cup)
15 oz filtered water (≈ 1.9 cups)
Batching Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a sealed container.
Stir gently until fully blended.
Chill well before serving.
Serve up or over ice; garnish fresh for each pour.
